Mr. Ding Bin has been in the plastics industry for more than 20 years, and has witnessed the entire process of plastic welding from manual gluing to traditional hot melt to ultrasonic welding. He was also affected by the strong noise generated by traditional welding methods. Mr. Ding is very disgusted with the high-frequency noise emitted by ultrasonic welding, which can seriously damage people's hearing and cause great harm to the human body. He always believed that he would not let his son do this kind of work that was harmful to the human body, and at the same time other people's sons should not do it. He has been looking for a clean, environmentally friendly, high-quality and efficient plastic welding method to replace the traditional welding method. With this social responsibility in mind, in 2014, Mr. Ding and the team of Professor Huang Yu from Huazhong University of Science and Technology launched a plastic laser welding technology. Research, and jointly registered and established Guangdong Shunde Huazhuo Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. in January 2015, specializing in the development and production of the first set of plastic laser welding equipment in China, and seized the blank of the domestic plastic laser welding market to enter the plastic laser welding industry.

Huazhuo Technology, as the first high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of plastic laser welding equipment in China, does not simply manufacture and sell a single product, but has been committed to the technological improvement of the entire plastic welding processing industry chain. The company has a national first-class laser processing equipment manufacturing and technology industrialization application team, developed a complete set of plastic laser welding data process library, successfully applied for plastic laser welding equipment to enter the first domestic catalog, and four plastic laser welding technologies were rated as Leading domestically, a series of plastic laser welding equipment has passed the certification of high-tech products, and won the first prize of Guangdong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award of the year. The transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of the industry have laid a reference foundation for basic technical indicators for the industrialization and scale of plastic laser welding equipment products. At present, more than 40 plastic patents have been applied, and more than 15 patents have been authorized.
